Q: Why isn’t there a lot of suds and bubbles with my soap and body wash?
A: I used an SLS Free soap base. In your normal store brand soap it is packed with Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (commonly known as SLS) is a widely used and inexpensive chemical found in many mainstream personal hygiene products such as shampoos, toothpastes, mouthwashes, bodywash, soaps, detergents and body wash , along with Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) and Ammonium Laurel Sulfate (ALS). I have found multple studies that suggest that SLS is an endocrine disruptor (reproductive organs, breast health, and skin health) so i do not want any part of it in my products. You still get the same effect. The more bubbles you have does not equate to clean.
Q: How long does it take for my products to ship?
A: If you choose rush shipping and your order is placed before 3p.m. CST your order will ship 24-48hours from you placing your order. If for some reason there will be a delay* you will be notified via email.
*Regular or Free shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. You will be notified via email one your item has shipped.
*Delays are for certain products. The infused cleaning vinegar, Love Potion massage oils, and Candles take extra time to perfect.

Q: Should I use your products if I am allergic to coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, or any of the other oils listed on your product lists?
A: I would strongly suggest paying for a sample kit if you would like to test the product out prior to purchasing. I strongly advice this as every product does not work with everyone’s hair. If you have any further questions please email me at: [email protected]
Q: When did you start Cocoa Diva?
A: I began the experimenting process in the summer of 2014. I didn’t actually have a name and start building a brand until 2015. If you want more information please visit my about link!
